The NSCA-CSCS certification exam is designed for individuals who want to become certified as strength and conditioning specialists. The exam consists of 220 multiple-choice questions and is divided into two sections: scientific foundations and practical/applied.
The scientific foundation’s section covers topics such as exercise science, anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition. The practical/applied section covers topics such as program design, exercise techniques, testing and evaluation, and athlete management.
